WHO CAN ATTEND?

Families with children birth to third grade in Columbia, Montour,
Northumberland and Union counties can attend.
WHAT HAPPENS AT THE PROGRAMS?

Families come to a center where they learn and play together.

The centers are open weekdays at all locations.

WHAT DO PARENTS DO AT THE PROGRAMS?
