WHO CAN ATTEND?

  • Families with children birth to third grade in Columbia, Montour,
    Northumberland and Union counties can attend.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE PROGRAMS?

  • Families come to a center where they learn and play together.

  • The centers are open weekdays at all locations.

  • Child care is available.

WHAT DO PARENTS DO AT THE PROGRAMS?

  • Learn ways to help their children learn.

  • Receive information about child development and parenting.

  • Improve job skills, family management skills, and English skills.

  • Study to earn a GED.

  • Talk with other parents.

  • Have fun learning and playing together with their children.

WHAT DO CHILDREN DO?

  • Enjoy learning activities with their parents and a teacher.

  • Build skills for success in school.
